Ramdev Maharaj
has been on Sky TV’s Aastha Channel for
7 or 8 years now, since 2002,
and also is one of the founders of the Divya
Yog Mandir Trust. His yoga sessions are beamed
live into 170 countries. Well
over 85 million people follow his yoga via TV
channels, and video worldwide. His yoga teaching
sessions are for the masses and free for all.
He has been repeatedly stating that everyone
should start practicing pranayama and yoga for
good health. He also states that for persons
with diseases like High Blood Pressure, Hepatitis,
Diabetes etc. that they should turn to pranayama
and yoga for a cure and help towards better
health. "Almost
all diseases are helped with yoga and pranayama."
He states that it may appear surprising, but
that it is true. "Just begin by practicing yoga and
pranayama. There are no side effects, only benefits."

as taught by Swami Ramdev, enhancing the ability

in a safe, enjoyable and holistic way.
PRANYOG

Yog Peeth (UK) Trust, a UK
charity set up to promote Yog, Pranayam
and Ayurveda, its principles and practices
as taught by Swami Ramdev, and to spread
the teachings and benefits of the various
and numerous techniques, promoting good
health, well-being, and happiness.
All the senior teachers of Pranyog have
been trained directly by Swami Ramdev chancellor
of Yog Peeth Patanjali University, and offer
*free yoga classes in and around Nottingham
and also in other UK cities.
*There is usually a small
fee to cover venue hire, administration
etc. and this varies from each Nottingham
yoga class depending upon the circumstances.
